This is one of my favourite cards from the recent batch that I have made with products from the Seasonal Catalogue.  I’m loving the white on white and the subtle colours of the stamped images with a touch of Basic Gray and the addition of some Chevron texture :-)

I have created a video to show you how I cut with scissors, which in and of itself is not really a stampin’ technique, but with a couple of simple tips, hopefully the process of “fussy cutting” might be slightly simplified and streamlined for you.

Enjoy!

SARAH’S STAMPIN’ TIPS:

  • For this type of neat, close cutting, you can’t go past the Paper Snips (130579 – $16.95) from Stampin’ Up!  Small and sharp, they make fussy cutting a breeze!
  • The product bundles in the Seasonal Catalogue give you way more bang for your buck!  The bundle featuring the Oh Hello stamp set that I have used in this card, along with the Ovals Collection Framelits for use with the Bigshot will save you 15% on the cost of purchasing the products individually.  You can’t argue with that ;-)

If you found value in today’s video, please let me know!  I’m still quite new to this video thing, and while I’m enjoying the learning process of making and editing them, I’d love to know that they are a helpful resource for you!

If you have any suggestions for future video topics, please be sure to leave me a comment to let me know :-)

I can’t believe I’m the first to comment on this…you made that look so easy Sarah. Thankyou…and the music was beautifully edited to, to finish just as you finished cutting :)
