Thanks to Keesh!

You would have seen a few weeks back, a post I put up of the most delightfully thoughtful and amazement inducing gift I received in the mail – quite out of the blue – from the gorgeous Makeesha.

Well thanking her publicly via my blog was one thing, but I wanted to make sure that she knew just how touched I was by her sweet gesture, so I sent her a card as well…

I used one of my all time favourite colour combinations of pink and green, which was happily supported by the available colour selection of the delectable Flower Fusion felt flowers in the Summer Mini, as well as the double stitched wide ribbon :)

For the centre of the button – see that little strip of white…?  That’s a teeny sliver of Whisper White cardstock that I threaded through to act as “cotton” to tie the button on.   Neat trick huh?  I saw it somewhere (possibly in several places) in my blurfing travels and filed it away in my head for future reference.  Means that your “thread” can match any project you’ve got going on! Awesome :)

That’s a neat trick with the whisper white “thread”! Never would have thought of that for myself. xx
