Towards the end of last month, my handsome man hit a milestone birthday, and along with it, I hit a milestone of actually making a birthday card for one of my immediate family :-O
I had just recently taken delivery of a massive brown box stuffed to the gills with new things all for meeeeeeeeee the stamp set A Fitting Occasion, which is a delightful and versatile set containing all manner of sweet images, greetings and frames. I was determined to used it, and happily enough, came across the perfect inspiration for the following card –>HERE<–
I love the combination of textures, colours and imagery on this card – whimsical enough to be fun, but not so much so that it lacks masculinity. I hope…
We celebrated with a few drinks at a local bar on a blustery Friday night, surrounded by many of the wonderful people we are so very blessed to have in our lives.
