With a week and a half to go until Sale-a-bration is over for another year, I thought it was time I came back to share some more of my creations with this year's free offerings, this one being another with the delightful Bloomin' Marvelous stamp set.
I'm loving the monochromatic-ness(?!) of this card and the graduating/ombre pinks - nice and girly and the perfect card featuring five pretty butterflies for my delightful niece who just turned five yesterday :-)
The fact that she asked for (and received!) a Bunnings voucher for her birthday is testament to her well rounded upbringing - a perfect combination of girly and practical... ;-)
SARAH'S STAMPIN' TIPS:
- Experiment with colour! The fabulous range of hues within the Stampin' Up! colour collections make for perfect graduating shades of the same colour - a very current trend :-D
- Play with angles. I'm usually a straight up and down girl, but the butterfly panel on this card didn't look at all right until I tilted it a little to the left ;-)
