A couple of weeks ago we were invited to a gorgeous engagement party at a beautiful Perth yacht club on a balmy Sunday evening.
Such a lovely occasion called for an equally lovely card, and there are few stamp sets lovelier than Hearts a Flutter, particularly when you take into account the matching Framelits (discounted and coordinated product bundle, anyone...?! Ask me for details... ;-))
This was my first inking of the stamp set, and my first go with the Framelits too, and I can see them both becoming firm favourites.
Am I the only one that gets all goose-bumpy at the cutting perfection of the large heart shaped Framelit around the edge of the pretty, lacy heart stamp? Surely not...
SARAH'S STAMPIN' TIP:
- Coloured cardstock, very thinly cut, makes for perfectly co-ordinated "thread" in your buttons :-)
- A Post-it note is your best friend when trying to ensure that a Framelit doesn't move during the cutting process. Stick one across the Framelit and the stamped cardstock to hold them in place as they go through the Bigshot
