On the weekend my big girl went to the birthday party of one of her favourite little mates, Elise. She is the sister of the other sweet little friend whose birthday card I posted a couple of weeks ago :) Here is the card that I made for her - a nice bright and cheery 5 year old card!
I used Pick a Petal, which I have been enjoying SO very much recently! The centre flower is from the Pretties Kit and I used a sponge dauber 'smooshed' into Summer Sun ink to colour it. Then I punched a 1/2 inch circle out of Groovy Guava, stuck in a rhinestone brad and the flower was done!
I am loving the double stitched ribbon in all the in-colours! See how perfectly the ribbon colour matches the cardstock colour?! I know it's supposed to, as that's the way Stampin' Up! designs its products, but it's just so clever and makes stampin' so much easier when everything just works!
