Seems we have been doing quite a bit of thanking recently - one of my favourite things to make a card for, but probably something I don't do nearly enough of! This one was for one of the scheduling clerks at Tim's work who helped out in shuffling his roster so that we will all be able to go to Brisbane for the Stampin' Up! convention in April (just over a month away now - woo hoo!!)
The image is from Sassy Stems - very cool for watercolouring and from memory (it is actually quite some time since I made this card - it has been sitting on my computer waiting to be uploaded!) I used the Watercolour Wonder Crayons.
The gorgeous pink patterned paper is from the Loves Me range of DP that appears in the summer mini, as does the wide Celery Grosgrain (have I mentioned how much I LOVE this stuff! I'm SO hoping for a wider range of colours in the new catalogue!)
Around the edge of the stamped image I freehanded some scribbly lines using my Basic Black journaller. Just finishes it off a but I think. Then you will notice my oft-used style of adding greetings by stamping a word or words from Everyday Flexible Phrases in the same colour as the base card and just sticking it on!
Colours here are Old Olive, Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink ans Whisper White.
