Sale-a-bration.....last days!!

Wow, what a couple of months this has been!  I thought Sale-a-bration would most likely go OFF, since it was this time last year that things really started rolling for me, but oh my goodness!  This past couple of months has been nothing short of AMAZING!

I mentioned a few posts ago that I had some new team members join 'A Klass Act', well in February there have been several more!  So a HUGE welcome Jas, Sarah, Annie, Anita and Ginny to my team of stampers - you're going to LOVE this stampin' thing!!

Onto some stampin' I think!  I have some Sale-a-bration samples that I made ages ago but have not had a chance to post!  I figured if I don't get them up here pronto, they'll be pretty much pointless, so here you go!

This card uses Friendship Blooms, which has been my most used and also most chosen Sale-a-bration stamp set by my customers.

I have stamped the large flower onto a piece of the Loves Me designer paper from the Summer Mini and cut around it - something I love to do with outline style stamps.  Just makes them a bit more interesting when the stamped images is filled with a funky pattern I think!  The flower is then mounted up on dimensionals.  The stem is from the soon to be retired All in a Row.

Colours here are probably one of my favourite combinations - Regal Rose, Rose Red and Certainly Celery.

The next one features another technique I love to use with open style stamps.

Here the same flower is stamped onto vellum in Versamark, then embossed with white embossing powder.  Then I flipped the image over and coloured in on the back with markers - kind of gives you a stained glass effect.

I then cut around the image, added a 1/4 inch punched circle in Rose Red and a So Saffron brad, then mounted it up onto a square metal edge tag with a punched out square of Taken with Teal layered in between.

The DP is more from the Loves Me range (ADORE these papers!  The colours are YUM!) and the strip of teal velvety ribbon you can see behind the stamped image is from the Flirty range of Ribbon Originals that matches perfectly with the delightful Loves Me papers!

Colours here are Taken with Teal and Close to Cocoa, plus all the other bits I already mentioned :)

Here's a close up of the flower images if you're interested!

This next one uses a combination of Bud Basics from the summer mini and the Sale-a-bration set, Lots of Thoughts.  What I love most about Lots of Thoughts is that you can use the stamps as they are - all the sentiments in one, or you can separate them out, effectively giving you 24 different sentiments or greetings!  Great value for a FREE stamp set!!  Here I have just used Many Thanks sentiment from the thank you stamp.

For the flower images, I got our my Watercolour Wonder crayons, which I haven't played with in AGES!  One of my hostesses (Hi Angela!) requested a look at them in a workshop situation, so this is what I made.  I coloured the stamps with the crayons, sprayed them with a fine mist of water, then stamped them.  I then overstamped the line image in the matching ink colour.

I rolled the jumbo Basics Outline wheel on the base card and added a touch of glitter in the flower centres, but I'm not sure this has showed up too well...

Colours here are Cameo Coral, Ruby Red and Certainly Celery, with a touch of that delicious wide celery ribbon too :)
