My husband's cousin recently got married in Melbourne and although we were unfortunately unable to attend the festivities, my mother-in-law asked if I could make a card to go in with the gift from our family, so this is what I did: The folding card is a piece of Always Artichoke cut long ways and the panel on the top is Mellow Moss on which I stamped the Paisley background in Versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder.
Then all I did was stamp the 'Love' from the 'Peace Joy Love' stamp in All Year Cheer I onto a piece of Confetti Cream, punched it out with my large Oval punch and stuck it behind the oval label holder from my Pewter Hodgepodge Hardware. The little heart was added for a splash of colour - it is from the Much Love set and is stamped in Rose Red onto Confetti Cream, cut out and mounted up with Stampin' Dimensionals. A simple card, but one that doesn't require a whole lot of embellishing I don' think as I wanted the embossed panel to be the main feature. What do YOU think?
