I covered some very thick cardboard (it is actually part of the packaging that comes with the little Stampin' Techniques booklets - knew it would come in handy one day!!) in the striped paper from the Slumber Party Designer Series paper. Then I used the Watercolour Garden II Hostess set (can't BELIEVE this is being retired) and stamped the front panel in Perfect Plum, Pretty in Pink and Mellow Moss. I also used one of the tiny wording stamps from the All Year Cheer set (love these weeny stamps!) inside a Hodgepodge Hardware label holder.
The inside of the card looks like this:
I made a little pocket that co-ordinates with the front for a voucher that I printed up as a gift and popped some more Hodgepodge on there with some more ribbon. I am a big fan of making up my own gift vouchers for people for all sorts of things - it is easier to personalise them while still making sure they get something that they love! This one was for lunch and a shopping day at mum's favourite garden centre.
Lots of love to you for a fabulous day Mum! XXxx
